Key Responsibilities

Apply catalytic WashCoat (water-based, paint-like material) to ceramic or metallic substrates using dipping or pouring methods.
Record weights by entering numeric data into a computer database.
Load coated substrates into a batching oven and unload/pack completed substrates onto pallets.
Perform ancillary tasks including:
- Laser etching codes onto substrates
- Applying insulation tape around coated substrates
- Maintaining coating stations and keeping equipment clean
Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs (role involves significant manual labor).
No specialized or powder coating experience required.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1â3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Job Summary:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician ensures that industrial machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely by performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Move, assemble, install or dismantle machinery.
Maintain and repair plant equipment, ensuring it functions properly.
Troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing operations.
Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to avoid breakdown.
Unpack and assemble new equipment.
Interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and sketches.
Review machine productivity, determine causes for downtime and suggest improvements and corrections, as well as develop new ways to improve functionality and efficiency.
May perform welding, fabrication, or calibration as needed.
Operates specialized equipment such as fork-lift, aerial lift or crane as needed.
Assist in other duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong Electrical experience â Up to 480v
PLC Troubleshooting - (programming would be a huge plus)
Proficiency in basic math skills.

Education and Experience:

Strong Electrical experience â Up to 480v

An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with hand and welding tools.
Proficiency in pneumatics, mechanical schematics, and electrical diagrams.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
