MIG Welder – Direct Hire | Immediate Openings | Como, MS
Join a growing, well-established manufacturing team producing large-scale warehouse racking systems used nationwide. Exegistics Staffing is hiring experienced MIG Welders for direct-hire roles offering long-term stability, strong leadership, and a culture built on safety and teamwork.



Position Highlights

  • Direct hire from day one

  • Consistent Monday–Friday schedule

  • Immediate start dates available

  • Growth opportunities for skilled welders

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

  • 30-minute unpaid lunch break



What You’ll Do

  • Perform MIG welding using wire welders, torches, grinders, and related tools

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality

  • Inspect welds for structural integrity and compliance

  • Use tape measures and hand tools with precision

  • Operate and maintain welding equipment safely

  • Work in a non–climate-controlled environment (heat/cold exposure)

  • Lift up to 80 lbs as needed



What You Need

  • Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience (required)

  • Safety shoes (required)

  • Ability to pass a drug screen

  • Resume required

  • Must complete a hands-on welding test during the interview

  • Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic

  • PPE provided: jackets, gloves, and helmet (if needed)



Pay & Advancement

  • Starting at $17/hr

  • Higher pay available for highly skilled or experienced welders

  • Direct hire means long-term stability and room to grow
