Soldering Technician



Exegistics is hiring a Soldering Technician to join a high-tech manufacturing team that supports industries such as aerospace, defense, medical devices, environmental monitoring, advanced electronics, and industrial automation. If you have strong soldering skills and enjoy precision, hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to be part of a team that builds products used in mission-critical environments.




Soldering Assembler (Electronics / Cable Assembly)

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00+/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 5:30 AM – 2:15 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform hand soldering on connectors, cables, and electronic components
  • Assemble parts using drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Use hand tools and basic power tools for assembly and adjustments
  • Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and quality standards
  • Trim and prepare components to meet exact specifications
  • Follow production and safety procedures in a structured environment




What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of soldering or assembly experience (electronics or cable preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precision work
  • Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred (not required):
  • IPC 620 or J-STD certification
  • Cable or electronics manufacturing experience
