Job Title: Presort Associate – 2nd Shift
Company: Exegistics
Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Summary:
Exegistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Presort Associates to support our mail production operations. This role is responsible for preparing outgoing metered mail for production by ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance while maintaining safe and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare outgoing metered mail by verifying correct date, postage, and barcode quality prior to production
  • Identify, communicate, and report errors, including damaged or unreadable barcodes
  • Troubleshoot and clear mail piece jams from processing machines
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure mail quality standards are met
  • Perform all additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of English sufficient to comprehend and follow safety and operational instructions
  • Ability to work overtime as required, which may include weekends, holidays, and/or a different shift with little to no advance notice
  • Strong dependability and reliability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Demands and Abilities:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to walk, stand, stoop, and bend up to 80% of the workday with or without reasonable accommodation
