Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
Receive inbound shipments and verify product quantities and condition.
Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Process inbound and outbound orders using RF scanning technology.
Verify inventory accuracy and ensure correct quantities are processed.
Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
Review shipping documents and bills of lading for accuracy.
Report inventory discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
Perform inventory cycle counts with a high degree of accuracy.
Complete re-warehousing and inventory relocation tasks as needed.
Maintain warehouse supplies and equipment.
Safety and Quality
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Identify and report equipment concerns or safety issues.
Handle materials in accordance with applicable requirements and regulations.
Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets quality standards.
Team Support
Participate in required training and development programs.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members when needed.
Develop knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
Support various warehouse functions based on operational needs.
QualificationsRequired Skills

Experience and Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
2-4 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
Training may be provided for qualified candidates. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a high-volume production environment.
Ability to successfully complete powered material handling equipment training.
Schedule
Full-time position.
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Ability to work various shifts as required.
