Job Description


Exegistics has partnered with a non-climate-controlled facility in the Justin, TX area to hire dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates. This is a temp-to-hire role with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and attendance.

This is not your normal warehouse role—candidates must be flexible and willing to work in any role within the warehouse. Being adaptable and trainable is critical for success in this position.

Pay & Schedule
  • $20/hour plus $1 shift differential
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Opening Soon)
  • Training on 1st shift (approximately 1 month) required before transitioning
  • Start Date: July 13, 2026

This role requires consistent heavy lifting of up to 45 lbs. throughout the shift. Safety gear is provided, but associates must bring their own steel or composite toe shoes.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling

of materials for both inbound and outbound shipments. Labor intense job in a non-climate

control environment.




Key Duties:

• Safely pick, pack, load, and ship orders as required

• Review and follow special instructions for all pack sets

• Utilize the Branch Locator system for accurate transactions

• Receive and inspect incoming material from Victaulic subsidiaries, customers, and

vendors

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and good inventory management

practices

• Perform housekeeping and maintenance duties to keep the warehouse and property clean

and organized

• Assist "will call" customers as needed

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and the code of ethics

• Comply with all safety guidelines and proper personal protective equipment (PPE)

practices

• Complete other duties as assigned by the Distribution Manager or Distribution Center

Coordinator




Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• Computer literacy required**

• Minimum of 3 years prior warehouse experience**

• Basic inventory management skills

• Ability to perform simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

• Previous forklift experience**

• Able to accurately pick and pack orders

• Forklift certifications for all required equipment***

• Experience with forklift-mounted computers and barcode scanners (training available on

the job)

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
