EXEGISTICS Resource Solutions is seeking a driven, results-focused Business Development Manager to accelerate growth throughout the Chicago market.
This is not an account management role. We're looking for a true sales hunter who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and winning new business. If you have a proven track record selling staffing solutions and consistently outperforming sales goals, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehousing, and light industrial sectors
Prospect, cold call, network, and develop relationships with key decision-makers
Identify workforce challenges and deliver customized staffing and workforce solutions
Create and execute territory growth strategies
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to contract negotiation and close
Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful client launches and long-term customer satisfaction
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue goals
What We're Looking For
Proven success in staffing sales, workforce solutions, or B2B business development
Strong history of generating new business and growing market share
Comfortable making cold calls, conducting in-person meetings, and developing new relationships
Self-motivated, competitive, and highly driven to win
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Track record of exceeding quotas and delivering measurable results
