Branch Manager – Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

We’re growing in Fort Worth and looking for a Branch Manager to grow with us. Position Summary: As Branch Manager, you’ll own the Fort Worth office, leading the team, driving business growth, managing operations, and building lasting relationships with clients and employees. This is an onsite role. You will not just manage, but actively contribute to the success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing branch team
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with company and legal standards
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability
Build and maintain strong client relationships, visiting sites and conducting regular business reviews
Drive business growth and account development in collaboration with the sales team
Jump in to support recruiting and job fulfillment as needed
Represent the branch at local networking events, job fairs, and community engagements
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or branch operations, with proven leadership success
Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting experience
Knowledge of employment laws, staffing compliance, and workplace safety standards
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable leading by example
