Exegistics has partnered with a diversified technology company that develops advanced electronics, aerospace and defense systems, digital imaging, and instrumentation for commercial and government applications.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping / Receiving / Stockroom Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong computer, organizational, and inventory management skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves processing shipments, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system, and ensuring materials flow efficiently through the operation.

Location: Dallas, TX 75247
Pay: $18–$21 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Overtime: As needed
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely manner

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation

  • Enter inventory transactions and material movements into the ERP system

  • Organize and maintain stockroom inventory, including proper labeling and storage

  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill material requests and orders

  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing domestic and international shipments

  • Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation activities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred

  • Strong computer skills required; ERP system experience preferred

  • Familiarity with shipping paperwork, labels, and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • International shipping experience is a plus

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information

  • This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity; conversion is not guaranteed, but strong performance may lead to long-term employment

  • Overtime may be required based on workload and shipping schedules
