Position Summary
The Service Coordinator supports customers by managing maintenance and warranty service requests. This is a detail-driven role requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to handle frequent interruptions, and a professional approach. Daily interactions include homeowners, builders, sales representatives, service technicians, and factory partners. The ideal candidate is precise, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a conservative, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and diagnose issues with windows and doors

  • Schedule and coordinate service technician visits

  • Order and track parts/products to complete service events

  • Monitor service cases from start to finish, providing status updates to customers and team members

  • Assist walk-in customers with service needs and parts requests

  • Apply for warranty credits as appropriate

  • Handle customer collections with professionalism

  • Maintain commitment to accuracy, customer satisfaction, and established procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (project coordination or construction experience preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to thrive in a conservative, process-driven culture with frequent interruptions (calls, walk-ins, competing demands)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and quickly refocus after interruptions

  • Confidence communicating with customers on the phone and in person

  • Team-oriented mindset, while able to work independently and ensure follow-through

  • Comfort working with numbers, technical details, and established procedures
