Job Description

Exegistics has partnered with a leading organization in the Euless area to expand their ecommerce operations. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Product Listing Specialist to manage online listings for refurbished IT equipment, optimize sales, and ensure smooth operations across platforms like eBay.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize product listings on eBay and other marketplaces
Research pricing trends for competitive listings
Photograph and accurately describe IT equipment
Collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to verify specs and availability
Handle order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping
Maintain accurate inventory and pricing records

Qualifications:
Required:

Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and organized

Preferred:

Experience selling on eBay or similar platforms
Basic IT hardware knowledge or willingness to learn
Familiarity with ecommerce tools and shipping platforms

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle hardware components
