Job Description

Seasonal Production Associate – Garments Department
Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Rotating 4-on / 3-off schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Duration: Seasonal assignment (Peak Season)
Position Overview
We’re hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our Garments Department for the upcoming peak season! As a Seasonal Production Associate, you’ll help create and package customized apparel products in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on production experience, work with a fun and supportive team, and be part of a high-energy seasonal operation.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heat press, printing, and finishing equipment for garment production.

  • Inspect apparel for print quality, placement, and overall appearance.

  • Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe throughout your shift.

  • Follow daily production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to stay on track.

  • Assist in other areas as needed to support overall production flow.
Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — training provided!

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.

  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to work a rotating 4/3 schedule.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and warm production environment.

  • Available for overtime during peak production periods.
