Responsibilities
Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial positions
Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations
Build relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
Maintain applicant and employee records
Coordinate recruiting activities and hiring events
Support employee engagement and workforce management initiatives
Occasionally assist onsite at a client location in Elgin
Ensure compliance with company hiring practices and procedures
Qualifications
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Reliable transportation
