Location: Memphis, TN
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Up to $24/hour, depending on experience

About the Role
Exegistics is seeking a part-time, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Logistics Specialist to join our valued client in Memphis, TN. This position plays a vital role in managing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring efficient operations and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in import/export logistics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily freight movements and ensure timely product delivery.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, brokers, and carriers.

  • Generate and maintain custom reports using Microsoft Excel.

  • Perform accurate data entry in the MercuryGate TMS system.

  • Support import/export documentation and customs compliance processes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.

  • Experience with MercuryGate TMS or other transportation management systems highly desirable.

  • Customs and ACE experience a plus.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse management practices and procedures.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
