The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the laundry operation to ensure efficient production and distribution processes. This position is responsible for driving operational excellence by managing resources, streamlining workflows, and maintaining high standards of workplace safety. The successful candidate will lead and develop teams to achieve performance targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Plant operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate employee performance to build a motivated and high-performing team.

Develop and monitor operational budgets, controlling costs without compromising quality or efficiency.
Oversees and manages the transportation department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a commercial laundry, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational processes.
Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
Experience with cost control and budget management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
Experience with advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Demonstrated success in leading large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
