Strategic Leadership & Growth
Execute business plans to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and market expansion.
Identify opportunities to win back lost clients and deepen client engagements.
Lead monthly financial reviews and contribute to short- and long-term growth strategies.
P&L Ownership: Fully own the branch P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving cost control. Monitor unemployment and workers’ compensation claims to mitigate financial risk.
Client Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction (high NPS) and conducting regular site visits and business reviews.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, track key metrics (fill rate, time-to-fill), and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing branch team, conducting monthly one-on-one coaching sessions.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or branch operations, with proven team leadership.
Leadership & Problem Solving: Ability to inspire teams, lead through change, and solve complex problems creatively.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of staffing compliance, labor laws, and safety regulations.
Communication: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
