What You’ll Do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, and place candidates in skilled industrial positions.
Guide candidates through onboarding, compliance, and placement.
Support clients in multiple industries and build long-term relationships.
Assist with daily branch operations, payroll, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years recruiting experience (staffing/high-volume preferred)
Skilled in Microsoft Office; ATS experience preferred (TempWorks a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
