Assembler
Full-Time | $17.00/hr | Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM- 10:00PM
Location: Louisville, KY 40223
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling parts, following detailed instructions, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and parts according to work instructions or blueprints
  • Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
  • Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
  • Meet daily production quotas and communicate issues to supervisors
  • Complete basic documentation and follow production processes
Qualifications
  • Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
  • Ability to follow directions, diagrams, and measurement tools
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 2:30 PM-10:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime based on production needs
Pay
  • $17.00 per hour
  • Weekly pay
