We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Logistics / Receiving team member to support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. This role ensures accurate documentation, efficient freight handling, and professional communication with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound shipments
Create and verify shipping documents (including Bills of Lading)
Inspect incoming freight; deliver packages throughout the facility
Prepare LTL shipments and verify accuracy before pickup
Manage Will Call orders and assist customers during pickup
Coordinate RMA inspections and notify departments of incoming inventory
Maintain clean, safe dock and warehouse areas
Post weekly fuel surcharges
Support Logistics Administration as needed
Requirements

Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Physical requirements:

Frequently lift/push/carry up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
Required vision: close, distance, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus
