Electrical Foreman Location: East Side of Louisville 




Exegistics (Partnered with a manufacturing company specializing in high-powered industrial radio frequency systems)




Job Summary: Exegistics is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee production activities related to the manufacture, assembly, installation, and service of high-powered industrial equipment, including Radio Frequency and Microwave Heating Systems, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Presses, Ovens, Applicators, and Conveyors.  The Electrical Foreman will supervise the Electrical Department, ensuring quality control, safety, and timely equipment shipment deadlines. 




Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train electrical assemblers, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to manufacturing techniques and safety protocols. 
  • Perform electrical assembly of control panels, power transmission, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. 
  • Ensure quality control within the Electrical Department. 
  • Meet equipment shipment deadlines. 
  • Use tools such as rulers, tapes, multimeters, drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, taps, and sanders. 
  • Occasionally interact with customers and suppliers. 
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including:
    • Layout and fabrication of workpieces based on drawings. 
    • Assembly of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components. 
    • Piping and plumbing of cylinders, valves, and regulators. 

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Technical School or Associate Degree in Engineering preferred. Blueprint reading and interpretation are mandatory.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience and 3-5 years of electrical panel building or manufacturing experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal databases.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. 

Travel:
  • Occasional travel may be required. 

Supervision:
  • Perform regular duties with minimal supervision.
