1st Shift Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Alliance Area – Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Company: Exegistics (partnering with a major 3PL in Alliance)
About the Role
Exegistics is hiring experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operators to support a leading 3PL operation in the Alliance area. We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused operators with at least 2 years of recent reach truck experience to join a high-performing warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
  • Pull, stage, and put away product based on work orders and inventory needs
  • Load and unload trailers using powered industrial equipment
  • Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
  • Follow all facility safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace
  • Support general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent stand-up reach forklift experience (required)
  • Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Willingness to follow instructions and assist with additional warehouse duties
