Experience Requirement: Minimum 0.5 years in Quality
Nice to Have: Familiarity with audits

Role Overview
This position includes approximately 70% computer-based work and 30% physical quality inspection tasks. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Notifications (CNs)
  • Manage, investigate, and resolve customer notifications related to quality issues
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and customer service to identify root causes
  • Implement or support corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate timely updates to customers
Quality Inspections
  • Perform receiving and in-process inspections to verify product compliance
  • Use measurement tools and equipment to ensure products meet specifications
  • Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances as needed
  • Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes
Baba Project Support
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards across all phases of the Baba Project
  • Monitor and report on quality activities within the project scope
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Support compliance and help drive successful project outcomes

Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work with accuracy, follow quality procedures, and document results
