Exegistics is seeking (2) 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for our valued client in the Brownstown / S. Detroit, MI area.




These are DIRECT HIRE positions with benefits and OT POTENTIAL

Pay: $23 - $29 hourly depending on experience




Shift: 2nd Shift 330P - 12A




Experience in the Industrial Laundry/Linen/Uniform industry is a HUGE PLUS.




Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Summary

About the Role:

This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Ultimately, the technician's expertise will contribute to the overall success and reliability of our manufacturing operations.




Industrial Maintenance Technician Skills:

· A strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques, which are essential for diagnosing and repairing equipment efficiently.

· Attention to detail is crucial, as technicians must accurately assess issues and implement effective solutions to prevent future problems.

· Communication skills are also important, as the technician will need to collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Preferred skills, such as experience with PLCs and automation systems, enhance the technician's ability to work with advanced manufacturing technologies.

· Overall, a combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills will enable the technician to contribute significantly to the maintenance team and the overall success of the manufacturing process.

· Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.




Industrial Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications:

· Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.

· Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

· Valid electrical license or certification as required by local regulations.

· Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.




Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.

· Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in production equipment and facility infrastructure.

· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement improvements and modifications.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
