PREVIOUS COMMERCIAL LINENS/LAUNDRY/INIFORM OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE is HIGHLY preferred, but not required.
Pay: Up to $80K commensurate with experience
SHIFT: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday (additional hours as required)
Hours can vary depending on needs. You will need to be flexible and have the ability to work 3rd or 1st shift as needed, or hybrid (meaning 2am or 4am start). Monday-Friday and weekends/holidays as needed
Must have operational experience, supervisory experience, inventory management, quality control and a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 with the ability to learn different software applications.
Plant Production Manager
About the Role:
The Production Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the manufacturing processes within our facility in Springdale, AR. This position is responsible for ensuring that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. The Production Manager will lead a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. By analyzing production metrics and implementing best practices, the manager will drive operational excellence and optimize resource utilization. Ultimately, the goal is to deliver products that meet customer expectations while maximizing productivity and minimizing waste.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
· Strong understanding of production processes and quality control methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
· Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.
· Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily production operations to ensure that manufacturing schedules are met.
· Manage and mentor production staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
· Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
· Prepare and analyze production reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
