Advanced Operation: Program, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment.
Quality Assurance: Inspect parts and document quality per detailed process sheets.
Specialized Processes: Perform de-burring, lapping, EDM, and heat-treat operations.
Technical Compliance: Read and interpret blueprints and follow precise work instructions.
Collaboration: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while collaborating with the team to meet production and quality goals.
Your Qualifications (What We’re Looking For):
Machining Experience: Hands-on experience in machining (manual or CNC).
Programming Ability: The ability to program machines, not just operate them.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with de-burring, lapping, EDM, or heat-treat processes is a significant plus.
Commitment: Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, reliable attendance, and work history.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
