Job Title: Machine Operator (Binder/Mail) – Overnight Shift
Location: Louisville.KY

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Summary
Exegistics Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Binder/Mail Machine Operator to join our production team in Cincinnati. This position is responsible for setting up and operating bindery and mail processing equipment to ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, adjust, and operate folding, collating, cutting, inserting, and binding machines

  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met

  • Maintain production records and communicate job status to supervisors

  • Assist with hand fulfillment projects as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience operating printing, mail, or binder equipment preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Ability to lift 40–60 lbs regularly

  • Ability to push paper rolls weighing up to 1,000 lbs (with appropriate equipment)
Work Environment & Schedule

  • Overnight shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Production-based, fast-paced setting

  • Team-oriented environment with a strong focus on safety and quality
