Join Our Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inventory Coordinator to support inventory operations, analyze data, resolve inventory issues, and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across multiple departments.
Inventory Management
Monitor and maintain inventory levels and records.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
Create and maintain inventory items within inventory management systems.
Conduct audits and evaluate inventory processes for continuous improvement.
Communicate inventory status accurately and proactively.
Customer & Client Support
Provide website access support and troubleshoot user issues.
Respond to client inquiries and coordinate solutions.
Escalate urgent issues when necessary.
Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Enter and maintain accurate data in Excel and database systems.
Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs).
Analyze inventory trends and provide recommendations.
Assist with reporting needs for both internal teams and clients.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors.
Support cross-functional projects and inventory initiatives.
Provide backup support for team members and client accounts as needed.
? Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
? Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
? Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications ? Inventory, logistics, supply chain, operations, purchasing, or warehouse experience
