Inventory Analysis Technician Pay:$48,000+ per year, depending on experienceAbout the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analysis Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analyzing data, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting continuous process improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management & Analysis
Monitor, analyze, and report inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Set up, maintain, and update inventory items within inventory management systems.
Learn and understand client businesses and inventory requirements.
Assess and audit inventory processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Communicate inventory status accurately and promptly to internal teams and stakeholders.
Support the development of policies and procedures that drive continuous process improvement.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Accurately enter and maintain data in Excel and various database applications.
Generate reports and analyze data to support operational and client objectives.
Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with company and client goals.
Use analytical and quantitative reasoning skills to identify trends and recommend solutions.
Collaboration & Customer Support
Partner with internal teams to research and respond to inquiries.
Collaborate across departments to provide backup support and coverage for client accounts when needed.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
Maintain a high level of customer service while supporting client and business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to use quantitative reasoning and data analysis to support decision-making.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions.
Experience working in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
