Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM




The Sales Associate will assist customers, process orders, support the sales team, and help maintain strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to grow within the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Sales Assistance
  • Support sales strategies to help achieve revenue goals.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Order Management
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track and update order status for customers.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as needed to support lead generation.
Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of sales or customer service experience (industrial or technical sector a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and travel as needed.
