Electrical Assembler
Location: East End of Louisville, KY
Pay: $28–$32/hour (DOE)

Job Summary
Exegistics has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the Louisville area that specializes in RF welding and sealing equipment, industrial microwave systems, and advanced thermal press sealing solutions. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to assist with the build and assembly of high-tech industrial equipment used across a wide range of manufacturing environments.
Position Purpose
The Electrical Assembler is responsible for manufacturing, building, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and systems. Equipment includes Radio Frequency and Microwave Generators, hydraulic and pneumatic presses, ovens, applicators, conveyors, and related industrial machinery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Select and install electrical components including transformers, contactors, relays, sensors, PLCs, control devices, and high-voltage/power components according to material lists and electrical schematics
  • Wire electrical subassemblies and complete systems such as control panels, RF and microwave generators, high-voltage power supplies, presses, conveyors, hydraulic power units, and related equipment
  • Test, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical panels and systems to ensure proper operation and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members and interact as needed with customers and suppliers
Tools & Equipment
  • Hand Tools: Multimeters, wire strippers, crimpers, soldering tools, drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, taps, and measuring tools
  • Shop Equipment: Conduit punches and benders, drill press, pipe threading equipment, and similar machinery
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Technical School training or Associate Degree in Engineering preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Perform hands-on electrical assembly work for extended periods
