Machine Operator (Binder / Mail)
Location: Louisville, KY 40218
Pay:$20/hr 
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11PM-7AM

Job Description
Exegistics Staffing Solutions is hiring a Binder/Mail Machine Operator to operate production equipment that folds, collates, cuts, binds, and inserts printed materials into envelopes. This role supports a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Set up, adjust, and operate folding, collating, cutting, and binding machines
  • Monitor production runs and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain production records and communicate job status to management
  • Assist with hand fulfillment as needed
  • Keep work area organized and follow safety procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience with printing, binder, or mail machines preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 40–60 lbs regularly
  • Ability to occasionally push rolls weighing up to 1,000 lbs
