Job Title: Dispatcher – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Location: Currently in the Meacham area (Zip Code 76137); relocating to Alliance in the near future.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. This role is responsible for coordinating driver schedules, monitoring routes, communicating with internal teams, and ensuring on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily routes and deliveries
Maintain communication with drivers throughout the shift to monitor progress and provide updates
Track shipments, verify delivery documentation, and resolve any routing or scheduling issues
Communicate with warehouse and customer service teams regarding order status
Input and update data in dispatching systems with accuracy
Assist in maintaining route efficiency and ensuring timely delivery performance
Support general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous dispatch or logistics/transportation experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be comfortable with the future site relocation to the Alliance area

Work Environment

Office/dispatch setting within a warehouse environment
Fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
Must be able to work on-site daily

Shift & Compensation

Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $17.00/hour
Location: Starts in Meacham (76137); will move to Alliance
