Precision Work: Assemble, inspect, and package hydraulic components.
Following Plans: Execute both written and verbal instructions precisely.
Tool Operation: Safely use hand tools, power tools, operating powered equipment, and measuring devices.
Organization: Track inventory, maintain accurate production records, and keep a clean, organized work area.
Team Collaboration: Work as a dedicated team member focused on quality and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile (What We’re Looking For):
Experience Required: Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is mandatory.
Production Focus: Experience working in a production-driven environment with quotas or goals.
Physical Capability: Ability to routinely lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
