Exegistics has partnered with a manufacturing facility in the Sturtevant area hiring Assembly Operators for a fast-paced, production-driven manufacturing facility. This is a temporary to hire opportunity through Exegistics, placing dependable candidates in a clean, safety-focused environment where attention to detail and meeting quotas are key.
This is not a warehouse role, it’s hands-on manufacturing work requiring consistency, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Schedule is Monday-Friday.
Multiple shifts open but focus is
1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | $18.00/hr
What You’ll Do:
Assemble, inspect, and package hydraulic components
Follow written and verbal instructions to complete tasks
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely
Track inventory and maintain accurate production records
Keep your work area clean and organized
Work as part of a team focused on quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing (required)
Experience with working in a production driven environment with Quotas or Goals.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and consistent work history
Willingness to learn and grow through on-the-job training
Must pass a background check and drug screen
