  • Ability to produce clean, consistent, and visually appealing welds.
  • Ability to read and work from fabrication drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience with layout, fit-up, material preparation, and welding best practices.
  • Strong measuring and fabrication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple custom projects.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical fabrication-shop duties, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and positioning materials.
Preferred (Not Required)

  • Sheet metal fabrication experience.
  • Experience with custom machinery, OEM equipment, or machine-building environments.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality aluminum TIG welds and understands the importance of weld appearance, fit, dimensional accuracy, and craftsmanship. Because our work involves custom-built machinery, candidates should enjoy working on a variety of unique projects rather than performing repetitive production-line welding.
Benefits
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Consistent Monday-Friday schedule
  • Opportunity to work on custom, one-of-a-kind equipment
  • Stable work environment with growth opportunities
  • Skilled team-oriented culture
Interview Process

Evaluation will focus on weld quality, consistency, appearance, fit-up, preparation, and overall workmanship. The ability to read fabrication drawings and properly layout work may also be assessed.
