Job Description

Bilingual Recruiter (In-Office) – Hiring ASAP
Pay: $20–$22/hr
Location: Louisville, KY
Schedule: Part-time or full-time, in-office

Exegistics is growing, and we are looking for a recruiter to join our team and continue our growth!
We’re expanding quickly and need a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiter who can jump in and help support our fast-paced hiring needs.
What You’ll Do
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume roles
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and prospects
  • Manage ATS records and ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • Schedule interviews and process all prescreening requirements
  • Support branch sales through lead generation and outreach
  • Attend job fairs and community events
  • Provide back-up support to the Branch Manager as needed
What You Need
  • 2+ years recruiting experience (temp staffing or high-volume preferred)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly metrics
  • Experience using ATS/HR systems
  • Professional, adaptable, and customer-focused
