2nd Shift Reach Forklift Operator
Location: Alliance Area – Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $17.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Reach Forklift Operator with at least 2 years of recent reach truck experience to join a fast-paced warehouse team in the Alliance area. This role requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity while supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Reach Forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

  • Pull, stage, and put away products according to work orders and inventory needs.

  • Load and unload trucks using powered industrial equipment.

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Reach Forklift experience (required).

  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

  • Willingness to follow instructions and perform additional warehouse tasks.
