Job Description

Position Title: RHB TechnicianPosition Summary:
The RHB Technician is responsible for overseeing machine processing and daily production requirements. This role involves maintaining production efficiency, troubleshooting process-related issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Essential Functions:
  • Operate and monitor RHB machine processing systems according to established guidelines.
  • Work with shift teams to maximize production efficiency and provide guidance to packers and utility employees.
  • Ensure all products meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Review daily production performance to maintain efficiency targets.
  • Uphold housekeeping and safety standards in all work areas.
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues, perform mold set-ups, and handle technical duties on RHB equipment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve mechanical issues promptly.
  • Complete and maintain all required process-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the Food Safety Program (GMP).
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements:
  • Ability to verify the quality of finished products through measurement and visual inspections and respond to any deviations.
  • Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for equipment safety.
  • Demonstrated compliance with daily preventive maintenance (PM) requirements and documentation.
  • Experience handling preforms, including loading them into hoppers, monitoring orientors and infeed rails, and tracking their transition through the oven and molds.
  • Ability to monitor all transfer points, including spindle loading/unloading and preform transfer from oven to mold.
  • Understanding of monitor timing, pre-blow air, blow air, and material distribution within bottles.
  • Monitor unlocking, opening, and bottle transfer from the mold to the outfeed system.
  • Proficiency in using PCC/Man Machine interface screens to track and optimize processes.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Pay Rate: $22–$24 per hour (DOE)
  • Shift: C-Shift
  • Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation
  • Hours: 7 AM – 7 PM
