Summary/Objective: The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment at customer sites across the U.S. This role includes troubleshooting technical equipment failures, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining communication with both internal teams and external customers. • Install, service, and repair SSL and PSL machinery at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical equipment failures via phone support and on-site visits.
