Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk  Reports To: Credit Manager Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (unless otherwise specified by Supervisor)  
Pay Rate: $22/hourly

Position Summary the Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing daily bank deposits, posting incoming payments (checks, credit card, ACH, and wire transfers), performing collections activities, and responding to customer requests. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the accounts receivable records and supports departmental operations as needed. --- Key Responsibilities · Process daily bank deposits: · Separate checks by company division · Scan copies of all checks · Calculate and verify total deposit amounts · Post cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner. · Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and related issues. · Assist in maintaining A/R integrity across all customer accounts. · Perform month-end closing tasks for Accounts Receivable. · Execute collections activities via phone and email to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. · Monitor eCommerce accounts: · Reconcile statements · Review information in customer portals · Identify, communicate, and resolve discrepancies and claims per supplier agreements · Serve as back-up for daily order approvals. · Respond to customer requests by emailing copies of invoices, credit memos, and account statements. · Perform other related duties as assigned by management. 
Required Skills & Qualifications · Strong data entry skills, including 10-key proficiency · Accounts Receivable experience, specifically posting customer payments accurately · Strong typing skills · Excellent verbal and written communication abilities · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment · Highly organized and detail-oriented · Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word · Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Position Overview
The Soldering Technician performs fine, detailed soldering work on connectors, splices, cables, and small components. This role requires steady hands, close attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fine-pitch hand soldering using soldering irons and magnification.
  • Assemble, prep, and solder connectors, sockets, and wires for molding processes.
  • Read and follow drawings, schematics, bills of material, and detailed work instructions.
  • Use hand tools and small power tools for precision mechanical assembly.
  • Inspect parts for quality and perform basic functional testing.
  • Trim or adjust materials to meet electrical and dimensional specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all PPE and safety standards.
  • Handle flammable and hazardous materials according to OSHA guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly or soldering experience.
  • Prior hand soldering experience required; wire and cable soldering strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret electronic drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
  • J-STD-001 or IPC-620 certifications preferred.
  • Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to cross-train and assist with various assemblies.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person due to federal regulations.
  • Availability for overtime, including some Saturdays.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to distinguish small component details and colors.
  • Steady hand coordination and comfort using soldering tools.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical hardware (screws, nuts, connectors).
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Familiarity with 5S or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
