This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of the accounts receivable records and supports departmental operations as needed. --- Key Responsibilities &middot; Process daily bank deposits: &middot; Separate checks by company division &middot; Scan copies of all checks &middot; Calculate and verify total deposit amounts &middot; Post cash receipts to customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner. &middot; Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and related issues. &middot; Assist in maintaining A/R integrity across all customer accounts. &middot; Perform month-end closing tasks for Accounts Receivable. &middot; Execute collections activities via phone and email to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. &middot; Monitor eCommerce accounts: &middot; Reconcile statements &middot; Review information in customer portals &middot; Identify, communicate, and resolve discrepancies and claims per supplier agreements &middot; Serve as back-up for daily order approvals. &middot; Respond to customer requests by emailing copies of invoices, credit memos, and account statements. &middot; Perform other related duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications &middot; Strong data entry skills, including 10-key proficiency &middot; Accounts Receivable experience, specifically posting customer payments accurately &middot; Strong typing skills &middot; Excellent verbal and written communication abilities &middot; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment &middot; Highly organized and detail-oriented &middot; Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word &middot; Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team</strong><br><strong>#INDTX</strong><hr><br>]]></description>
