Job Description

Exegistics is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warehouse clerk to join our small but growing family-owned warehouse and fulfillment business. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about logistics, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:

Receive customer orders via email and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Accurately input orders into the warehouse management system (WMS) and generate shipping documentation.
Process incoming product and freight using the WMS.
Address customer service requests for order changes and communicate adjustments to relevant personnel.
Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
Use the WMS to obtain order and inventory details as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 1+ year of recent shipping and receiving office experience (must be proficient in generating shipping and receiving documents).
- 2+ years of recent office experience.
- 1+ year of experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to forecast and resolve potential issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer and internet skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic math proficiency.
