OPENING: Full Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk needed .
Hours are Monday -- Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Starting pay $14 - $16 depending on experience
Position is in Grand Prairie
Responsibilities and Duties
Receives customer orders via email.
Ensures timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. This includes accurately entering orders in our warehouse management system and creating proper shipping documentation.
Processes receipts of product and freight in warehouse management system.
Responds to customer service requests for order changes and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel.
Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
Accesses the company's warehouse management system to obtain order and inventory information.
Qualifications and Skills
Must have a strong attention to detail and follow through with the ability to forecast and resolve possible issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
At least 1 year of recent shipping and receiving office experience required. Must be able to generate shipping and receiving paperwork.
At least 2 years of recent office experience required
At least 1 year of WMS experience required
Excellent computer and internet skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must be organized and able to multi-task
Strong prioritization skills and good time management
