We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team! If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
As a key part of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, processing orders, and supporting both internal teams and customers with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders via email.
Accurately enter orders into our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and generate shipping documentation.
Process incoming freight and products in the WMS.
Communicate order changes and updates to customers and internal teams.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure order accuracy.
Access WMS for real-time order and inventory updates.
Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Ability to forecast, identify, and resolve issues proactively.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of recent shipping and receiving office experience (creating paperwork required).
Minimum 2 years of recent general office experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer and internet skills.
Strong customer service abilities.
Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
Basic math skills required.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)
