Exegistics has partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Fort Worth to hire Machine Operator Assistants for 1st shift. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties:
Load and stage steel coils using a forklift or overhead crane
Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and basic adjustments
Monitor production machines for proper operation and quality output
Measure and inspect products using a tape measure and other tools
Band, label, and stack completed materials for shipping
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Comfortable working in a hot, loud, industrial setting
Basic math and measurement skills
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Forklift or crane experience is a plus
