Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Material Handler to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout the production process, supporting operations, and contributing to our mission of advancing and protecting what's important.

Key Responsibilities:

Review production orders to ensure availability of required packing materials.
Deliver materials to machine operators and production areas as needed.
Move finished products from production lines to the pallet wrapper and prepare them for shipment.
Organize skids and pallets in designated areas.
Transport scrap materials to recycling areas and complete associated paperwork.
Communicate effectively with shipping and production supervisors daily.
Operate forklifts safely, following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs.
At least 6 months of forklift experience required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Prior experience in a team-oriented environment is a plus.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division (calculator use allowed).

Shifts & Pay:

Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation
Pay: $19/hr
