Shift and Pay Information for

2nd shift: Monday thru Friday 1:30pm- 10:00pm Pay Rate: $19.25

What will I be doing:

Experience Required & Good previous work history is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- - Machine Operation: Change machines to make laminated parts.
  
  - Minimal Direction: Help fabricators keep machines running.
  
  - Material Management: Work with the Machine Operator XT and LP Supervisor when materials are low.
  
  - Job Completion: Follow supervisor’s schedule to finish jobs on time.
  
  - Independent Work: Read orders and work with little supervision.
  
  - Quality Checks: Ensure quality, solve problems, and handle returned products.
  
  - Cleaning: Clean work area, machines, tools, and track material levels.
  
  - Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements.
  
  - Cycle Counts: Help with inventory counts as needed.
  
  - Flexibility: Work at different stations as needed.
- Requirements
  
  - Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
  - High school or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required.
  - Ability to regularly lift 15 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
  - Background and Drug Screen Required
  - Good previous work history is a MUST
