Exegistics has partnered with a client in the Saginaw area. We are seeking several inbound customer service representatives! This is 100% In person role. 




Job Description:  

Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of customer inquiries, orders, and warranty replacements. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support by phone, email, and fax. We’re looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems while maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.




Key Responsibilities:




- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.

- Process faxed and electronic communications efficiently, ensuring every customer request is handled with care.

- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

- Manage product-related issues, including damaged or defective items, to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Resolve customer complaints with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.

- Build strong customer relationships by consistently going the extra mile.

- Contribute ideas to improve departmental processes and enhance workflow.

- Attend Dallas trade shows and other events as needed to support customers and Sales Representatives.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.




Job Requirements:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role.

- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with active listening abilities.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

- Proficient in 10-key by touch.

- Self-motivated with a professional attitude and appearance.

- Excellent attendance and punctuality.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) and 7,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH).




Compensation: $16 - $17 per hour
