Job Opportunity: Parts and Service Associate

We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and confident individual to join our team as a Parts and Service Associate. This position offers a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, provide excellent customer support, and be a key part of our service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide knowledgeable and friendly support to customers regarding parts and services.
Learn and become proficient in our product offerings and internal systems.
Assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and service-related tasks.
Maintain a dependable and positive attitude while handling customer inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong computer skills (QuickBooks and Fishbowl will be trained).
A willingness to learn about our products and services.
Friendly and confident demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Dependable and reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Details:

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch) to start;
Compensation: $18-20 per hour, based on experience.
Location: Louisville, KY 40299
