Job Description

Panel Assembler

Pay: $17 - $20/hour

Responsibilities:

Panel Assembly: Build electrical panels based on engineering drawings
Wiring & Termination: Perform wiring following safety procedures
Component Mounting: Secure components like circuit breakers, PLCs, and more
Testing & Troubleshooting: Ensure panels work properly and fix any issues
Quality Control: Inspect panels for accuracy and quality
Documentation: Keep accurate records of assembly and testing

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or GED (trade school/vocational education is a plus)

Experience: Proven experience in electrical panel assembly
Skills: Strong understanding of electrical components and wiring techniques
Tools: Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment effectively

Requirements:

Pass drug screening and background check
Speak, read, and write English (Spanish is a plus!)
Attention to detail and self-motivation
Adhere to all OSHA safety rules and regulations

Physical Demands:

Stand, walk, push, pull, climb, reach, and bend up to 8 hours/day
Safely lift up to 50 pounds
