Exegistics is seeking a Commercial Installation Supervisor for our valued client in the Indianapolis, IN area.




This is a newly created position with a well-known company, great benefits and incredible culture.




Shift: Mon. - Fri. / 8A - 5P




Pay: $60K - $70K (commensurate with experience)




Commercial Installation Supervisor

The Installation Field Supervisor’s primary function is to gather the correct job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with our customers.

This position also performs installation recovery work to complete jobs per customer satisfaction.

In addition, this role requires strong knowledge of building and construction practices, the ability to organize subcontractors efficiently, and the skill to troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.




Field Supervisor Responsibilities:

· Measure windows and doors after the sale to ensure accuracy for the order

· Review job details to ensure all needed materials are included

· Complete small tasks of installed jobs to get jobs completed, such as installing interior trim, recaulking exteriors, and changing out broken parts

· Inspect jobs that have been installed and document any issues

· Set realistic expectations with project owners regarding the Company materials Installation Process

· Coordinate and organize subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality job completion

· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve installation or site-related issues as they arise

· Work closely with installation teams and project managers to ensure site readiness and job efficiency




Field Supervisor Qualifications:

· Dependable work history

· Excellent verbal and written English language skills

· Excellent customer service skills

· Occasional heavy lifting up to 100 pounds using safe lifting techniques

· Knowledge of general construction applications (strong knowledge of window and door applications and building construction required)

· Ability to finish carpentry and install interior trim when needed

· Ability to measure window and door sizes accurately

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices; ability to learn internal software programs and applications

· Detail-oriented and well-organized

· Adaptability to daily changing situations

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently

· Experience coordinating subcontractors or small installation teams preferred




Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or GED is required.

· Minimum five years’ experience in the construction field.

· Five to ten (5-10) years’ experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
