Exegistics is seeking Skilled Assembly Technicians to join our team in Mt. Prospect IL. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic work environment.

Job Summary:
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components and products using various tools and equipment. You will work closely with the production team to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties:
- Utilize your expertise in Industrial AC Units assembly, mechanical knowledge, and electrical wiring to assemble products.
- Work with logic controllers, power tools, machining equipment, calipers, and hand tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Apply your knowledge of surface mount technology to solder components onto AC Units
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Follow assembly instructions and blueprints accurately to produce high-quality products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:
- 2 years Previous experience in assembly or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments like calipers measuring tapes, etc.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and surface mount technology.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

$125.00 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER COMPLETING 160 HOURS
